| Our co***ny, Renesola Ltd., which is the largest manufacturers and fastest growing solar wafer manufacture in China. Equipped with 90 monosilicon pull furnaces and 20 wire saw which are 24-hours working, our production capacity is reaching about 2.5 million pcs of 6" solar grade wafers. On July 14th, 2006 , we signed a wafer supplying contract, which we provide 80MW solar wafer from 2007 to 2009, with Taiwan based Semi-conductor co***ny Motech. On July 25th, 2006 ReneSola raised $50m from the initial public offering on the London AIM, and the valuation now on AIM is USD150 million.
